If you do everything or give everything
to someone you are doing them no favor.
there is a difference between a hand up and a hand out.
Helping someone do more for themselves is a good thing
it develops a sense of self worth and builds confidence.
People should be encouraged to do as much as they can for themselves .
Government tends to forget this and try to be everything
to everyone this is not a good thing.
